Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, creative and structured

Marketing & Content Creator

who takes full ownership of our external visual communication. Your mission is to capture and communicate the real-world value of our AI-based solutions — making them tangible, engaging, and memorable through videos, visuals, and compelling stories.

You will be responsible for the entire content creation pipeline: from developing storyboards, shooting videos/photos on-site with customers, editing materials into engaging content, and publishing across platforms (especially LinkedIn). You will also translate real customer benefits into marketing assets such as flyers, case studies, and presentation materials.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute on-site customer video and photo shoots (industrial settings, factories, logistics, etc.) Develop storylines that showcase the value of our solutions in action Record, edit, and finalize videos and photo content for LinkedIn and customer presentations Create high-quality marketing materials (e.g., flyers, one-pagers, customer success stories) Publish and manage content across digital channels (especially LinkedIn) Align closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to represent use cases authentically Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding Occasionally support events, trade shows, and internal presentations with visual content

Profile:

Strong skills in video production (shooting, editing, storytelling) Confident in working in industrial environments (filming machines, people, processes) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent tools Creative mind-set with strong storytelling ability Proactive, self-organized, and hands-on working style Fluent in English and German Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing, especially in tech or industrial sectors
