For the department Technical Systems, you will take a
key role in shaping a newly established organization
that
drives technical excellence
across our operations. You will lead specialist teams in Mechanical, Automation, and Electronics, and build a new Logistics team that
sets standards across three regions
.
This position offers you the

Your profile and background
We are looking for a visionary leader with a technical background who enjoys shaping change: You hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
You have proven
leadership experience
in technical organizations and solid
project management
skills
The strong ability to build new structures, create transparency, and drive change is necessary for this role
A qualification or willingness to take on operator responsibilities (e.g., GVEFK) is a strong advantage
You embrace your

and demonstrate ownership by proactively identifying, driving, and delivering key topics

This will be our challenge
The Field Operations DC unit executes field operations including maintenance, overhaul, and small projects for offshore and HVDC assets. It manages asset data, documentation, and standardized DC engineering services. The unit plans and oversees operations & maintenance, monitors assets, manages faults, and ensures technical and organizational readiness of new assets. It continuously improves maintenance and logistics strategies and provides detailed engineering expertise to support other execution units.
