Für den Bereich Global Supply Chain BPS (Bio Process Solutions) suchen wir einen Manager of S&OE (x|w|m) für die Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. Der Job ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen und erfolgt tageweise remote sowie vor Ort am Campus in Göttingen. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für das Management des S&OE-Prozesses für die globalen BPS Operations mit dem Ziel Ausnahmen zu bewältigen und Nachfrage- und Angebotspläne mit minimalen Unterbrechungen auszugleichen.

Your

Responsibilities

You lead, manage, and further develop the S&OE team to ensure effective execution of sales and operational plans You deploy and establish the S&OE process in BPS Operations successfully You collaborate across S&OE and S&OP processes to ensure strong integration of planning with execution You ensure the S&OE meetings take place at regular intervals You keep participants in the process on track, moving toward managing execution priorities, balancing short-term demand and supply, and dealing with S&OP plan exceptions You facilitate the S&OE meeting in the form of a live working session, ensuring that all information is presented and discussed, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made and agreed upon, and execution plans are documented with owners and completion dates You ensure that decisions from the meeting are communicated to each function to ensure execution is taking place You ensure that the S&OE process is sustained to the intended level of maturity You work on continuous improvement and permanently evaluate options to improve the process

A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Several years of supply chain management, demand/ supply planning, and customer service experience Understanding of end-to-end planning and supply chain management Experience in using and improving systems & processes Proven people and line management experience, track record in achieving company goals Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, MS Office Travel readiness up to 50% Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, German and French is desirable Identification with our corporate values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
