Your tasks
- Initiation of Process and/or IT-Tool enhancements, owning those projects
- Keep Purchasing Community up-to-date on Procedures, acts as internal Trainer
- Operate with Performance and Contract Management, making sure proper development
- Monitors Implementation of Procedures, safeguarding Purchasing Compliance
- Performs internal Audits, also represents Purchasing on external Auditors
- Manage cross-functional projects within agreed deliverables on costs / timing / performance
- Steering of Purchasing related Procedures, Working Instructions and Guidelines
- Benchmarking with various G+D Business Sectors and best-in-class Organizations
- Closure of Action Items from Audits, Process Findings etc.
- University degree in Purchasing/Logistics, business or related field; alternatively comparable education
- A minimum of 5 years\' experience in coordinating similar role with proven track record
- Working experience in global industrial cooperation\'s, familiarity on PTP-Processes
- Passion on IT Tools, Mobile Apps etc. and those state-of-the-art developments
- High degree of business acumen in regards to Purchasing Processes, Operational Buying and Supplier Management
- Experienced User of ERP Systems, ideally SAP ECC MM/SRM Modules and MS-Office a must; know-how of cloud-based Supplier Collaboration an asset
- Fluent written and spoken English, other 2nd Language welcomed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, pro-active behaviour
