We are looking for committed and enthusiastic employees who will accompany and help shape the transition of the existing Daimler financial systems into a new and future-oriented financial and controlling system within Daimler Truck AG!

Together with colleagues from international working groups of process and IT experts from Daimler Truck sites around the world, you will analyse, optimize existing business processes in classic and agile working methods, and thus help shape the transformation of the future Daimler Truck finance system. In the ITG/F (Finance Templates) division, we have the task of redesigning the Finance/Controlling system landscape for an independent Truck AG.

The IT systems previously designed and used jointly with Daimler AG and MB AG must be replaced by their own IT systems for Truck AG.

With a strong product orientation and a constant focus on the digitization of our processes, we design flexible, innovative and efficient solutions for our business partners in the finance and controlling areas. There are many opportunities to design the best solutions for our departments in cross-functional teams and together with our internal and external partners.

These exciting challenges await you:
  • Support for operational operations and conceptual further development of financial and controlling processes, including system-side realisations in the existing SAP financial and controlling templates of Daimler Truck AG in the area of product costing (SAP CO-PC)
  • The field of work assigned to the position includes in particular the derivation of the valuations that are relevant for the valuation of new and used vehicles, subassemblies and spare parts in Accounting and Controlling
  • In addition, the other topics of inventory accounting (SAP FI/MM) and product income statement (SAP CO-PA) in the team are also possible fields of activity for a holistic view of all product-related business processes
  • Active participation in the conception, design and introduction of the future financial and controlling system landscape ("Future FC Landscape") and a future FC template ("One ERP") based on standardised methods and processes as well as the SAP product S/4HANA
  • Involvement in projects, projects and roll-outs in an international environment
  • Involvement in the creation of programming concepts and subsequent coordination with IT Development
  • Methodical and system-based support for our global business partners in the preparation of proper financial statements in accounting as well as advice on the implementation of new technical requirements and support in the implementation of user acceptance tests
  • The position is suitable for part-time employment
Ideally, you will qualify for this job with:
  • Degree in economics with a focus on accounting, controlling or business IT
  • Experience in the area of process and system design in the area of finance/controlling and their implementation in ERP systems
  • Experience in controlling and knowledge of the SAP module CO-PC. Knowledge of customising is an advantage
  • Further SAP knowledge in the MM, FI and PP modules would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP technology HANA and FIORI
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
