What you´ll do

Play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance processes, and enabling digital transformation across Henkel dx Collaborate closely with the dx management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital strategy and IT execution Support strategic programs and initiatives aligned with Henkel’s digital agenda Manage (strategic) day-to-day demands & initiatives of dx management Develop decision proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Ensure success tracking and KPI reporting for dx management Facilitate and follow up on key meetings and governance bodies involving Henkel dx

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, business administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, IT, or consulting within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Expertise in digital technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or SAP is highly valued Proven track record in managing projects and driving change in global organizations Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and influence across levels Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English; German is a plus
