We are looking for an Manager - Performance and Insights who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights, using various quantitative tools and core management skills in the AMXL space.

Key job responsibilities
- Build scalable and logical programmes using historical data around DSP performance standards and business goals.
- Dive deep into complex data sets, build narratives and drive decision making.
- Champion data analysis and drive performance reviews with leadership on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive change management, process standardization and build SOPs.
- Create and support programmes that influence overall DSP experience and drive continuous improvements in performance.

About the team
The EU DSP Management team works with the various European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery Service Providers (DSP\xe2\x80\x99s), focusing on providing a best-in-class partnerships with our stakeholders across EU.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Munich, BY, DEU

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - A degree
- Relevant experience in programme management
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations and/ product management
- Relevant experience of handling multiple projects and working with deadlines
- Relevant experience in excel, skills in data transformation, analysis, and optimization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Relevant experience in vendor management, and/or supplier management within a cross-functional organization
- Relevant experience in SQL, BI, Analytics, data science, or comparable fields.
- An advanced or master\'s degree
- Relevant skills in R, Matlab
- Relevant background in operations/ tech implementation
- Relevant experience in start-up environment
