Are you a dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking finance professional with leadership experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)? Do you want to go beyond managing processes and actively shape the future, inspire people, and drive innovation? Then we want to meet you!
We are looking for a modern, energetic leader to take our regional AR team to the next level – someone with strong expertise, excellent people skills, and a strategic mindset.

Role and Responsibilities
Lead and develop
a specialized AR team (Dispute Management, Collections, Credit & Risk).
Own and drive
the implementation of our AR transformation strategy, including DSO reduction, digitalization, and process optimization.
Empower the team
through change management, motivation, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic interface
between global initiatives and regional execution – with a strong focus on customer-centricity and service mindset.
Champion technology and innovation
by introducing modern AR tools to boost efficiency and transparency.
Engage in external benchmarking
and build networks with other SSCs to bring best practices into our organization.
Partner closely with business divisions
to align AR priorities, support strategic goals, and ensure effective collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or;
Several years of experience in Accounts Receivable – ideally as a team lead in a modern Shared Service Center.
Strong
people leadership skills
– you know how to inspire, develop, and guide teams through change.
Experience with
SAP
, digital AR platforms, and KPI-driven performance management.
Excellent communication skills
in English and German; intercultural competence.
Hands-on mentality, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.
Travel
No travel is needed for the role.
