Als Maintenance & Workshop Specialist (w/m/d) bei MKS-Atotech arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Shared Services Team zusammen, um die Betreuung und Instandhaltung der Gebäudetechnik sicherzustellen. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie sämtliche Arbeiten an galvanotechnischen Anlagen, einschließlich Reparaturen, Instandhaltungen, Neuanfertigungen sowie konstruktiver Detailaufgaben. Zusätzlich fungieren Sie als Brandschutzbeauftragter. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie direkt an den Facility Manager. Germany.

Ihre Verantwortung

Überwachung und Steuerung komplexer gebäudetechnischer Anlagen (Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima-, Druckluft-, Dampfversorgung) inkl. Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen Koordination und Einsatz von Fremdfirmen für Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten Umbauten und Erweiterungen an Mediennetzen (Wasser, Abwasser, Druckgas, Sprinkler, Dampf) inkl. Materialauswahl Materialbestellungen im SAP-gestützten System Anfertigung von Bauteilen aus Kunststoff oder Metall/Edelstahl nach Zeichnung oder Vorgabe Durchführung von Umbauten und Anschlüssen an galvanotechnischen Anlagen Störungsbeseitigung an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit Funktion als Brandschutzbeauftragter inkl. Wartung brandschutzrelevanter Elemente Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie Koordination von Fremdfirmen Teilnahme an Abstimmungsmeetings mit Vermieter/Eigentümer

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schlosser/Installateur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Einschlägige Berufserfahrung Kenntnisse elektrisch/autogen/Schutzgas Schweißen Kenntnisse Duro- und Thermoplast Schweißen Fließendes Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil Selbständigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kooperatives Verhalten, körperliche Belastbarkeit Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst DV-Kenntnisse (SAP, Microsoft Office und Lotus-Notes-Anwendungen) Zusatzausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten
