How you´ll help us:


As Logistic Specialist,

Demand & Logistics Forecasting



Analyze historical shipping and inventory data to forecast short- and mid-term
logistics needs
Align logistics forecasts with supply chain planning and production schedules Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings with relevant logistics data

Transport & Distribution Planning



Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation flows with 3PLs and carriers Monitor shipping schedules and proactively manage delays or exceptions Plan distribution strategies based on customer requirements, lead times, and
inventory availability

Daily Logistics Operations



Manage order shipments, including booking, tracking, and documentation (e.g. B/L,
customs papers)
Ensure timely and compliant goods movements across international and domestic
routes
Maintain data accuracy in logistics systems (e.g., ERP, TMS) and continuously update
shipment statuses

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination



Work with warehouse partners to ensure efficient stock handling, picking, and
dispatch
Monitor stock levels at various distribution points and flag potential shortages or
overstock situations
Assist in regular inventory audits and support continuous improvement in warehouse
processes

KPI Tracking & Reporting



Monitor logistics performance indicators: delivery accuracy, transit times, freight cost,
fill rate, etc.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders Recommend improvements based on analysis of performance data and customer
feedback

Requirements



Your background and skills:



Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related
discipline
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation planning, or distribution
management
Strong skills in forecasting, data analysis, and logistics planning Business fluent in German and English Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Knowledge of customs, Incoterms, and international shipping processes is a plus
