25–30 hours per week, with the goal of moving to full-time within 6 months

We’re looking for a passionate Local Marketing Expert to grow our brand presence in Germany. In this key role, you’ll bridge global strategy and local execution - tailoring our message so it resonates with real businesses in your region.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow OpusFlow’s local presence, ensuring we stay visible and relevant. Coordinate local advertising and outreach together with the Global Marketing Manager. Handle translations and localization for marketing content and campaigns. Track local KPIs and report actionable insights. Tailor communications and content to fit local customer needs and cultural nuances. Partner with the sales team to support local lead generation. Advise global campaigns using local insights. Manage local customer personas, ensuring they stay relevant and up to date. Drive community marketing through local case studies, testimonials, referral programs, and webinars. Organize local exhibitions and events; from planning to execution and reporting. Develop a deep understanding of OpusFlow’s product to communicate its value clearly.

Who you are

A native German speaker with strong English skills. Experienced in local marketing, especially content writing. Passionate about sustainability and technology, ideally with ERP or renewable energy exposure (not required). Highly collaborative, you enjoy working closely with global teams and local partners alike. Insight-driven, you know how to translate local trends into actionable marketing ideas. Organized, self-motivated, and ready to own your market’s success. Creative and curious, you love researching and creating engaging content. Analytical, you enjoy working with numbers and using data to improve results.
