About the role:

As a Lifecycle Growth Manager,
you will own and scale our customer lifecycle engine with a clear focus on driving GMV growth through improved retention, reduced churn, and structured expansion
.
This role is about building smart, data-driven communication systems that ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time and measuring the commercial impact.
You will operate end-to-end across strategy, setup, execution, and performance optimisation, shaping how we engage with customers across their entire lifecycle.
What you will do:

Design and own lifecycle communication logic across key customer stages
Build and optimise communication flows across channels (email, WhatsApp, calls, in-app, automated tasks)
Drive GMV growth through retention improvements and structured upsell initiatives
Monitor and analyse performance of lifecycle actions against KPIs
Continuously improve systems based on data insights and results
What you need:

Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or retention-focused roles
Experience working with KPIs such as Retention, Churn, and LTV
Ability to design and manage trigger-based automation flows
Data-driven approach with clear understanding of revenue impact
High ownership mentality with strong commercial focus
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics daily
SQL knowledge or ability to work directly with databases is a strong advantage
