Your Responsibilities
You will drive
customer engagement, retention, and upsell
across the entire lifecycle of our customers, implementing best-in-class lifecycle strategies for one.com globally.
Develop and execute the
global CLM and customer development strategy
, aligned with group CLM goals.
Define and implement
customer journeys, lifecycle communications, and personalized direct campaigns
at scale.
Lead
segmentation, targeting, and automation
to maximize ARR from Small and Medium Business (SMB) and agency Ideal Customer Profiles.
Ensure
CRM data quality
and leverage customer and product trigger insights to optimize campaigns and the overall customer experience.
Manage
planning, reporting, analysis, and performance
across one.com markets, guiding and coaching local CRM specialists.
Collaborate closely with
product, sales, and brand teams
to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with global priorities.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer development roles, ideally in SaaS or hosting
Proven experience designing and scaling
lifecycle programs internationally
Hands-on experience with
automation, segmentation, and personalization
Background in
subscription-based business models
Strong
analytical, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
Expertise in
CRM platforms
, preferably HubSpot
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to balance
global strategy with local execution
