The role

This Legal Assistant role provides essential administrative and legal operations support to the General Counsel and Legal team within Helsing. Key responsibilities include managing corporate housekeeping, handling various regulatory registrations, and maintaining comprehensive archiving systems. Furthermore, the role involves supporting M&A projects and monitoring law firm costs, operating as a vital interface that directly contributes to Helsing's mission.

The day-to-day

Maintaining contact with law firms in administrative matters

Calendar for the General Counsel

Data room monitoring

Deadline monitoring

Preparation of corporate law events and support at major events (e.g. Annual General Meeting)

Contact person for the members of the legal team

Trusted partner for the assistants at founder level

You should apply if you

Have experience working for a partner in an international law firm or a General Counsel for an internal team

Are confident in liaising between senior individuals

Are fluent in German and English
