Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
Managing learning projects within scope, time, budget and ind alignment with business priorities
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants
Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions
Your profile:
University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
Proven experience in instructional design
Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies
Excellent project management skills
Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
Enjoys to work in a structured and independent manner
Enjoys to work in international teams
