Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract

LOGCAP

program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary

Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including specialized inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, quality tools for problem solving and assessment. Creates inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met. Makes recommendations for corrective action. Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution. Implements principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods used to improve product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability. Responsible for maintaining quality standard of products and the procedures and materials that go into work scope. Aligns quality management function with the performance needs of product lines. Under strict supervision, develops skills and knowledge to determine degree of conformance of products to specifications. Performs inspection of various operations activities; Generates reports of conditions found during inspection activities; Notifies quality management of significant problems; Assists in documentation to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience.
