Product Manager (m/w/d)




Your Duties and Responsibilities




- Establishing mid- and long-term strategies and plans for a designated category




Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market and customers



Analyzing competitors and consumer insights to provide clear product direction



Leading new product launching projects from the laboratory to the market aligning with related value chains such as Global CJ (HQ, APAC-EU), R&D, Sales, QM, SCM, Procurement, Production, etc.



Executing the launching process: creating the product concept, pricing, consumer test, artwork, design review, product specification checks, and volume estimation as a category leader



Building and examining category portfolio and profitability

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Your Profile




- A strong passion for foods (especially Asian Cuisine) or the FMCG industry




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience




- First proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG industry)




- Ideally, a good understanding of the retail business




- Ability to thrive in fast-moving internal and external environment




- Fluency in Korean / English (proficiency in additional European language is preferred)
