KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER E-COMMERCE (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sustainable, market-specific product and promotion strategy for our key customer, Amazon
Drive growth and profitability by achieving agreed sales, margin, and contribution targets across strategic E-Commerce accounts—with a strong focus on Amazon
Identify new opportunities for scalable and profitable sales expansion within the digital retail landscape
Collaborate closely with our International E-Commerce Team to align strategies and share best practices
Lead cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Logistics, and CIC to ensure seamless execution of customer plans and initiatives
Gain deep insight into the customer’s business model through advanced market data analysis and build strong, trust-based relationships
Qualifications
University degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, with deep expertise in Amazon; experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills across local and international teams; fluent in both English and German
Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Solid understanding of customer P&L and proven ability to activate growth levers effectively
