Was du tun wirst

Unterstützung in der Erstellung von Reports/Analysen und Präsentationen Direkte/-r Ansprechpartner/-in für Ass. Ebene Kunde (def. Kundenkreis) Eingabe und Bearbeitung von Kundenaktionen intern/extern in den dafür vorgesehenen Tools, sowie Erstellen von entsprechenden Reports (interne Aktionsübersichten/extern: Aktionsmeldungen in den Kundenportalen/monatlicher Outlook Promotionen im M&S Meeting) Pflege von Listungsübersichten pro Kunde und Aufbau einer Gesamtübersicht national In Abstimmung mit KAM Preis- und Konditionenpflege Kontierung Kundenrechnungen im Omnitracker, und Pflege Kundenbudgettracker Pflege kundenspezifischer Artikelstammdatenportale/-dateien Prüfung von kundenbezogenen Preisdifferenzen Organisation und Vorbereitung von Handelsmessen/Talons in Zusammenarbeit mit KAM Musterwarenversand & MHD/RLZ Management für die Musterware mit PP Logistik

Was du mitbringst

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung Relevante Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Key Account Management, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelbranche Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Erfahrung mit SAP S4/HANA von Vorteil Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und Koordinierungsgeschick Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
