supporting the further development of the company-wide recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding strategy efficiently managing and executing the entire recruiting process, including advising hiring managers ensuring smooth support for the applicant tracking system managing external service providers and agencies proactively shaping and maintaining cross-location interfaces with all HR departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration working in a trusting and constructive manner with employee representatives generating, documenting and optimizing processes as well as ensuring knowledge transfer

You inspire us by

a completed commercial apprenticeship, a university degree or a comparable qualification initial relevant professional experience in recruiting strong cooperation and communication skills as well as planning and (self-)organization talent entrepreneurial thinking, innovative strength and decision-making ability solid MS Office skills as well as affinity for social media and IT business-fluent German and English skills
