You’ll support in running global SEA campaigns and learn how to turn data and creativity into growth. YOUR ROLE

Assist in managing Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns across channels (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GDN) Support in campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research, and creative alignment Track and monitor campaign performance — and suggest improvements Work cross-functionally with creative, brand and data teams Help prepare reports and share learnings with the team Stay on top of SEA updates and contribute your perspective to shape testing

WHY YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US

1–2 years of experience in SEA (in-house or agency) Solid understanding of Google Ads and a strong interest in YouTube/GDN Eagerness to learn, test and improve — you pick things up fast You’re a proactive communicator and feel comfortable in a fast-paced setup Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
