Your Qualifications

Ownership

: You enjoy taking responsibility for features from conception to implementation and measuring their success

Hands-on

: You enjoy validating concepts and creating prototypes—e.g., with AI tools such as Cursor.ai

Organizational skills

: You have a talent for project management and are familiar with agile project management methods

Conceptual thinking

: You have initial experience in designing and specifying product requirements

Education

: You have successfully completed a university degree in economics or a technical field

Languages

: You will play a key role in ensuring that our users find the right flights quickly and with excellent data quality

Feature focus

: With appropriate training, you will gradually design search-relevant features such as flight cache, result processing, price quality assurance, and much more

Monitoring success

: You will measure the success of your features using appropriate tools and KPIs, such as Grafana or Tableau

Ensuring competitiveness

: You will monitor technological developments and competitors and use this information to derive measures for our flight search

Innovation leader
