Your assignments:

Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies Support the smooth transfer of technology related to molds and injection molding machines Assist in the standardization of best practices in injection molding Participate in global projects Support value streams in assessing moldability and evaluating product development costs Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipment Collaborate with suppliers and vendors and coordinate the bidding process in partnership with Procurement Support concept and design reviews with internal process owners and potential external suppliers Lead the process development for injection molding Support or lead Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), as well as Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) activities within CAPEX projects Support or lead equipment implementation Assist in monitoring and reporting CAPEX expenditures for each project

Your profile:

Technical degree in mechanical engineering with practical experience in production environments At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, specifically in molding processes Proven expertise in injection molding process development Familiarity with the latest injection molding machine technologies available on the market Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D) Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken Willingness to travel
