We are looking for a Junior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team. As part of the Marketing Operations function, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth campaign execution across multiple channels. This is the perfect role for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a marketing campaign specialist.


In this role, you will coordinate campaign tasks across stakeholders, support with execution inside our CMS and CRM tools, ensure quality checks before campaigns go live, and contribute to reporting and performance tracking. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior managers, gaining exposure to advanced campaign management processes, personalisation initiatives, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support campaign briefings and set up tasks in Jira, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines Coordinate with stakeholders (Design, Copy, CRM, Legal, Commercial) to keep campaign assets on track Manage content updates in CMS and CRM, build campaign assets, and perform QA checks before launch Assist with A/B tests and experiments, including setup, QA, and results tracking Maintain the campaign calendar, track deadlines, and ensure campaigns go live on time Prepare performance overviews, support KPI tracking, and contribute to dashboards and reports
First experience in Marketing, CRM, Project Management or Digital Campaign Management (internship, working student role, or 1–2 years professional) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion or similar) Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, Drupal) Experience with campaign QA processes (e.g., testing links, dynamic content, audiences before launch) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and assets across multiple campaigns Clear and structured communication style, able to update stakeholders effectively High attention to detail with a proactive, structured way of working Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets) Analytical mindset, eager to support with reporting and dashboards Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken & written)
