About the role

As our

Junior IT Operations Manager

, you'll be the cornerstone of our internal technological ecosystem and security framework. This is a critical, hands-on position where you ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our entire office IT infrastructure and internal processes. You will be instrumental in managing systems, enforcing compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, SOC II), and driving automation projects to scale our business operations.

Your mission

Ensure office compliance with security, health and safety policies (GDPR, ISO, SOC II) Support laptop set-up in accordance with security policies Supervise and train staff on IT security Manage central 7Learnings databases & dashboards for billing and financial reporting Work on projects to improve automation level for internal processes (HR & Finance) Administer IT systems (user management, login management) IT supplier management Support onboarding and off-boarding of 7Learnings staff Ordering of hardware

Your profile

Bachelor or master in informatics, math, physics SQL & programming experience in ?ython IT security know-how (trainings & courses) Strong written and verbal communication ability in English Attention to detail and ability to solve problems proactively Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
