JUNIOR CONTROLLER EUROPE (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities with Us

Monthly reporting to the Group, taking into account different accounting systems Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements Preparation of deviation analyses (actuals vs. budget, year-over-year) and ad hoc analyses Derivation of necessary measures to safeguard targeted earnings levels Responsible for carrying out forecasting and budgeting processes Regular cash management (incl. analysis of accounts receivables)

What Will Impress Us

Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Few years of professional experience in financial controlling or financial transaction services is mandatory Experience with handling inhomogeneous data structures is a plus German and English proficiency (spoken and written); French is a plus Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers Excellent communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness Enjoyment in both operational and strategic tasks "Hands-on" mentality and a passion for teamwork
