is looking for aFull-time, On-site IT Support
in Penzberg, Germany. The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.Key Responsibilities
Provide
first- and second-level support
for end-user technical issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems Work withthird-party vendors
to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required Providetimely communication
regarding issue status and resolution Maintain accurate and up-to-dateticket documentation
for all incidents Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshootWindows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
Possess basic knowledge ofmacOS
to support Apple users Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshootprinters and computer hardware
Performremedial repairs
on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral devices Use diagnostic tools to resolvenetwork connectivity
and workstation hardware/software issuesRequired Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience providing
1st & 2nd line IT support
Good understanding of Windows environments and basic macOS support Ability to work independently and on-siteRequirements
Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
Fluent in English and the local language
Several years of experience
in a similar IT support role Strong communication and documentation skillsBenefits
