We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Level 1 professional to join our client’s team in Frankfurt. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support for end users (in person, via phone, and email)
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications
Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams as needed
Support onboarding/offboarding activities
Maintain documentation and follow IT processes and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English and German (both required)
Previous experience in Level 1 IT Support or Service Desk role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking
Experience supporting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Must have full working rights in Germany
