Role Description

This is a full time/part time, on-site role located in Germany for a Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, printer support, and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and peripherals, assisting with PC deployments, and providing technical support to end-users. The role requires a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Proficiency in working with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting Skills in Printer Support and Maintenance Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications in IT support fields are a plus Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
