Junior IT Support Engineer (m/w/d)
Location
: Berlin (fully onsite at Berlin office)Salary
: 50,000 EURA progressive and employee-focused organization within the energy sector is looking for a junior IT support Engineer to become part of their team.
Your tasks:
Operation and maintenance of the IT platform and associated systems. Managing and overseeing the overall interface, process, and system monitoring. Conducting error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support. Serving as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries. Collaborating with customers and service providers to test new functionalities.
Your profile:
A degree in IT or a related field of study, or equivalent education. At least ONE year of IT System support / large dataset management experience (outside of werkstudent experience) Be able to work on-site at the Berlin office. Proficiency in German is required at a minimum of C1 level.
