Nuclear Training Access (NTA) / Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) Access Certificate
to join our team in Essen, Germany. This role requires on-site support within a highly secure nuclear facility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
deskside and onsite IT support
(Level 1) for end users within a nuclear facility.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Support operating systems including
Windows (7–11)
, MS Office Suite, and standard enterprise applications.
Monitor and maintain
network connectivity, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
.
Handle
incident logging and tracking
through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Perform
preventive maintenance
and system health checks.
Collaborate with vendors for hardware/AV issues and escalate as required.
Ensure compliance with
nuclear safety and security protocols
at all times.
Requirements
Valid
NTA / NPP Access Certificate
(mandatory).
Proven experience
as IT Support Engineer / Deskside Engineer (minimum 1–3 years).
Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Office, hardware support

Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
