Job Description
We are looking for IT Support Engineer for a dispatch task of 3 days per week in Bonn, Germany (Mainzer Straße 34).
Job Role:
Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network tools. Resolve end-user issues (hardware/software/network) and ensure minimal downtime. Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, and routers at the site. Log and update tickets, escalate issues when necessary. Replace faulty components (RAM, hard drives, peripherals, etc.). Work with remote IT teams and vendors for issue resolution. Maintain asset inventory and service logs for all onsite activities.
Requirements:
B2 or above German language level Valid Work rights in Germany or EU citizenship is mandatory
