Key Job Requirements
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (onsite).
Role: IT/Software Support Specialist (various levels – L1, L2, L3).
Language Skills: Minimum B1 German proficiency, both spoken and written, is required for customer communication and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities: Address technical issues for end users, provide hardware/software troubleshooting, support desktops and networks, and resolve tickets on site.
Additional Skills: English proficiency, client-facing communication skills, willingness to learn new technologies.
Sample Job Duties
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues (workstations, printers, mobile devices, software).
Escalating complex support issues to higher-level IT teams.
User training and issue documentation.
Using call tracking systems and collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in German (minimum B1 level) and good command of English.
Customer orientation and teamwork skills.

Pay: 43.000,00€ - 45.000,00€ per year
