Aufgrund unseres rasanten Wachstums suchen wir einen IT-Spezialisten (m/w/d) für unser Team in Berlin. In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kolleg: innen technisch bestens ausgestattet sind, und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle an unserem Helpdesk. Du bist Teil unseres zentralen IT-Teams mit Sitz im Berliner HQ – direkt an der Spree. Eine spannende Gelegenheit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der IT bei Wolt mitzuwirken.



Deine Aufgaben

Du bist Teil des globalen IT-Support-Teams und berichtest an den IT Support Lead

Du verantwortest alle IT-Themen an unserem Berliner HQ-Standort

Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeiter:

innen bei IT-Fragen über unser Ticketsystem

Du koordinierst die lokale IT-Logistik, inklusive Asset-Management

Du kümmerst dich um die Betreuung und Wartung unserer Endgeräte, Meetingräume, Drucker usw.

Du arbeitest mit globalen Teams zusammen, um unser zentral verwaltetes Büronetzwerk zu betreuen

Du unterstützt bei landesspezifischen IT-Projekten und fungierst als Schnittstelle zum zentralen Team

Du bist erste Ansprechperson für IT-Probleme unserer Berliner Kolleg: innen

Das bringst du mit

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse – du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams und Dienstleistern

Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren IT-Rolle

Idealerweise Erfahrung in der IT großer Unternehmen und mit Best Practices im IT-Support

Leidenschaft für IT-Support im Büroalltag und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Gute Kenntnisse in MacOS, ChromeOS, Windows sowie gängiger IT-Hardware

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung

Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine „Anpack-Mentalität“ – du findest Lösungen, bevor andere Probleme sehen
