For the expansion of our Global IT-Support Team in Burbach, we are looking for a



IT Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

Manage system operations, maintenance and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements Optimize continual service and review incident and problem data for trends and recurrence of issues Control and manage the existing SLA with related KPI´s for service delivery Coordinate and support the implementation of service management and reporting tools Target group oriented communication and information management

Your profile:

IT related education and minimum of 3 years professional experience in enterprise companies ITIL expert, idealwise with certification Experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements Solid knowledge of MS Windows client and server OS, MS Active Directory, ITSM / MS MOF and project management Intercultural competence and strong social skills Good communication, collaboration, presentation skills Communications skills in English
