Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project & Program Manager (x|f|m) for the Project Management & Support department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. You will take on the management of business-critical projects and programs with strategic relevance. In doing so, you will steer the implementation of visions into concrete results and make a significant contribution to digital transformation and efficiency gains. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities

Management of strategic IT and data-driven projects and programs that contribute significantly to the digital transformation of the company Coordination of cross-functional teams and support functions with the aim of translating complex requirements into actionable, results-oriented project plans Development and management of comprehensive project and program roadmaps in line with corporate strategy and digital objectives Preparing structured reports on project progress, risks, and milestones for all relevant stakeholders Clearly defining goals, scheduling, and managing resources – combined with motivating and leading the project team for successful implementation Building and maintaining trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication across all project phases Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their potential applications in IT and data projects – with the ambition to actively help shape innovative solutions

What

will

convince

us

A successfully completed master's degree in economics, IT, project management, or a related field Several years of experience in managing complex IT and data projects, ideally in a corporate environment Certifications in project management methods such as PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile/Scrum demonstrate your methodological expertise Familiarity with common tools and frameworks in the IT project environment (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SAP, ServiceNow) Strong communication skills – especially when conveying technical content at a strategic level Strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to identify challenges early on and develop pragmatic solutions Precise work in dynamic environments and a high degree of care in documentation and reporting Very good English and German skills round off your profile
