For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as IT Manager - Retail Operations (f/m/x)



TASKS WITH IMPACT



As part of the "Store Operations" team in the "Retail Solutions" department, you provide our Beauty Experts in stores across Europe with digital and innovative solutions to enable and simplify in-store processes. Your mission is to support our Beauty Experts' daily work with high-quality applications. You will take care of various products used in our stores and develop them further in collaboration with the business:


Manage stakeholder and supplier relations Drive product development for global usage in collaboration with business teams across different countries Coordinate with national and international departments and internal IT teams to clarify requirements and implement changes Ensure a stable application operation during change and run phases, with a focus on quality and adherence to timelines Carry out operational tasks in day-to-day business and support in resolving issues related to the application Take ownership of the application as a key expert – from concept creation, training and documentation materials, to delivering trainings, ensuring quality, and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team Collaborate with external service providers on projects – from conception and testing to rollout and continuous development of the application Maintain and continuously improve system documentation to ensure transparent and sustainable knowledge transfer within the team and to all involved stakeholders Monitor technical trends & innovations, legal developments, and security requirements to ensure a future-proof and compliant system operation for the stores



YOUR SKILLS



Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in retail Alternatively: Completed vocational training and studies in retail or retail management with experience in technical roles Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role Strong IT and retail affinity, a solution-oriented mindset and excellent service understanding Independent and structured way of working with a high standard of quality Strong team player with excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
