Job Description

As IT Manager Intermodal (f/m/d), you will oversee the IT demand, service delivery, and ongoing support of Information Technology and Digital services for our Intermodal and Swissterminals businesses. You will act as the strategic interface between business and technology – ensuring that IT solutions are aligned with business roadmaps, industry trends, and growth opportunities.


This Role is being recruited within Germany or Switzerland.

What You’ll Drive

Lead IT service delivery for Intermodal and Swissterminals, acting as senior point of escalation. Drive application modernization and standardization in alignment with the business roadmap. Manage IT business demand and collaborate with Global Shared Services and Regional Management. Ensure compliance with IT policies, including information security and data privacy. Align regional IT with DP World’s Group Technology strategy, approved applications, and vendor portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent professional training and certifications. You are fluent in English, additional languages like German, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic or Hindi are a plus Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience in multinational enterprises. Proven leadership and supervisory experience, including stakeholder relationship management. Strong background in IT solutions design and delivery of complex, high-volume systems. Experience in enterprise architecture and software systems related to 3rd party logistics solutions.
