Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and password resets.
Troubleshoot issues with printers, peripherals, and remote access solutions.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based applications.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
Hands-on experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications such as
CompTIA A+

ITIL

MCSA
are an advantage.
