Job Description

We are hiring for an owner-operated IT services company with over 20 years of experience supporting SMEs such as accountants, doctors, and lawyers. The team specializes in IT security, project management, and infrastructure, with a mission to build strong partnerships and a network of mutual support. Tasks

Plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects. Administer and maintain systems in Microsoft and/or Linux environments. Install, develop, and support customer IT environments. Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients. Assist the sales team during the pre-sales phase with technical input. Design and set up cloud-based solutions and projects. Configure and optimize hardware and software systems.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in IT administration or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of IT systems, servers, Exchange, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft 365. German (B2) and English (C1) proficiency. IT-related degree prefered Team-oriented, analytical, reliable, and solution-focused. Strong communication skills and commitment to the company.
