What the job looks like

Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Supporting the execution of Grünenthal’s investor relations strategy and ensuring consistent communication with investors and credit rating agencies Preparing quarterly earnings materials including financial reports, investor presentations, and Q&A documents Coordinating investor events like earnings calls, conferences, and Roadshows Monitoring market trends, analyst reports, and peer performance to provide insights to senior leadership Collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Communications) to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures Contributing to ESG and sustainability reporting and corporate communications

What you’ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field 3 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or controlling Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and capital markets Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IR tools like Bloomberg is a bonus A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
