INVESTMENT COMPLIANCE SECURITIES LENDING & DEPOSITORY CONTROLLER (ALL GENDERS) IN BNP PARIBAS SECURITIES SERVICES

In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Investment Compliance Securities Lending & Depository Controller (all genders) in BNP Paribas Securities Services

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

Monitoring of requirements relevant for fund and lending specific investment requirements related to mandates of BP2S/ AFS
Validation of the alerts generated by the sec lending monitoring tool (SeLect)
Ex-Post Monitoring of collaterals in the system SeLect on a daily basis
Collaboration and liaise with the Settlement Team
Reporting to the clients (KVGen) within the agreed timeframes
Integration of new clients’ operational activities and development of new products and services
Ensuring the transformation of BP2S/ AFS values – steadiness, responsibility, expertise, good place to work, agility, compliance culture, client satisfaction and openness

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree
Several years of professional experience
Sound knowledge of German and European regulations, such as KAGB and DerivateV, and IC operational processes, procedures and services
Deep knowledge of funds, securities and derivatives markets
Ability to manage and control IC risk
Client oriented and detail focused working style
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
Knowledge of the systems mainly used to carry out IC tasks, i.e. Eurosycomore, Innova, additionally Business Objects, Multifonds etc. as well as MS Office Applications ?Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.?
Professional fluency in German and English
