In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, non-permanent position starting as soon as possible as Intern in Cross Services (all genders) in BNP Paribas Securities Services

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

Inputting and controlling static data in accounting and settlement systems
Preparing and arranging relevant bookings for external invoices and sending them to the clients
Supporting user administration for various internal applications
Handling of Investigations and E-Mail requests
Performing daily Reconciliation for diverse accounts
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and projects
Assisting the team with client reporting task

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

Currently studying business or a related field
Experience in Securities Services is beneficial but not mandatory
Proficiency in standard software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized and client focused working style, with excellent attention to details
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
Fluent in German and English (C1 Level required)
