As an intern or working student (m/f/d) in Communication & Marketing Support Service based in Lichtenfels, you will support our Service Management & Consulting team in professional customer communication. You will gain exciting insights into additive manufacturing technology, service products for 3D printers, and marketing initiatives in an industrial B2B environment. Working in an international team of engineers and communication specialists, you will actively contribute to successfully promoting our service products such as upgrades, modernizations, and trainings. The internship or working student assignment should have a minimum duration of 6 months. The role is based onsite in Lichtenfels.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of target-group-specific communication campaigns Contribute to the creation of a service product catalog (layout, content, update concept) Optimize contact and communication processes (e.g. Servicemax, Constant Contact) Contribute to marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentations Assist with the preparation and execution of webinars and training formats Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery

Profile

Enrolled in a degree program in communication, marketing, media studies, or a related field Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) Creativity and strategic thinking in communication planning Confident use of digital tools for content and campaign management Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

First experience in technical marketing or B2B communication projects Interest in innovation, Industry 4.0, and additive manufacturing Strong organizational skills and proactive working style
