Job responsibilities


Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key sales, inventory, and CRM data, providing actionable insights for merchandising and business decisions. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, inventory trends, and CRM campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth. Create compelling reports and presentations in Power BI to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to track progress against business goals. Analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns using Power BI, recommending data-driven optimizations to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Identify and analyze revenue generation opportunities, monitoring sales effectiveness and presenting findings through Power BI reports. Support the optimization of CRM processes and systems through data analysis and reporting.

Profile


Fluent in German & English. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations. Expert proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report development, data visualization, and data modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with store management and other departments, including the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.
