Our Sales Specialists are key players on the shop floor. In this role, you will not only inspire our customers and support your teammates, but also take the lead in

executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards

that reflect our brand identity and seasonal campaigns.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), ideal for someone who is passionate about

visual storytelling in retail

and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

How you’ll make a difference

We expect that our Sales Specialists help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

Taking ownership of

visual merchandising execution

, ensuring the store is always aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal updates Creating impactful product displays that drive sell-through and enhance the customer journey Collaborating with store management to plan and implement floor moves and visual updates Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to all visitors Supporting onboarding of new team members and acting as a role model on the shop floor Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Assisting with operational tasks and occasionally supporting opening and closing procedures

What makes you the perfect Sales Specialist?

You have a

strong eye for detail and aesthetics

, with a passion for visual merchandising and retail trends You enjoy working with people and creating engaging in-store experiences You bring a proactive, hands-on attitude and are comfortable taking initiative You have at least 1 year of experience in Visual Merchandising You communicate effectively in both

German

and English You are flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
