We are the global in-house management consultancy for BASF. Our focus is on strategic projects, which drive effective change processes. The areas covered here range from growth, organizational development and efficiency projects to acquisition and divestment. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Starting April 2026, you have the possibility to become part of our Management Consulting department, a team that advises the BASF group and its business units in the field of general management and is therefore actively supporting the transformation of BASF.
As a full member of the team you participate in the preparation, coordination and implementation of management consulting projects for the management of the BASF group. Your tasks span the fields of strategy, marketing, organization, business optimization and post-merger integration and corporate development. Furthermore, you realize sophisticated analyses, support the team in conducting interviews with our clients and prepare the results for our top management.

ongoing master’s degree with above average grades in any field of study first work experience in consulting or strategy is desirable familiar with standard IT applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint full professional proficiency in English, advanced German language skills are appreciated Please add the period of your availability to your cover letter.
