Your field of activity:

You support the research and development team on Power GaN development You create and present GaN-based device simulation models using various physics-based simulations softwares You work with the electrical measurement team to compare the models data with electrical measurements You support the daily activities of the PowerGaN Team

Your profile:

Studies or experience in Electrical, Material Science, Applied Physics, Semiconductor Physics or Engineering related fields Prior experience in any Physics-based simulation software such Silvaco TCAD, Synopsis Sentaurus TCAD, etc. as an Advantage You take responsibility, can work independently and are dependable You ask questions when you do not understand You are self-driven and possess strong communication skills You enjoy working in a team environment You are proficient in spoken and written English. German language as an advantage
