As an
Internal Communications Manager
, you'll support the Senior Manager in planning and delivering clear, engaging change communications. You'll create content, manage internal channels, and collaborate across teams to keep employees informed, aligned, and connected during times of change.
What you will do

Support
the Senior Internal Communications Manager in planning and executing change management communications.
Develop
clear, engaging content (emails, FAQs, toolkits, intranet posts) that support organizational changes.
Collaborate
with HR, employer branding, and project leads to ensure timely and accurate delivery of change-related messaging.
Manage
day-to-day internal communication channels to distribute change communications effectively.
Gather
employee feedback and surface insights to the Senior role for strategy refinement.
Contribute
creative ideas to make change-related communication more engaging and accessible.
Ensure
consistency of tone, branding, and clarity across all channels during times of change.
What will help you to fulfill your role

Proven experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally with exposure to
supporting change management initiatives
.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to translate complex business updates into clear and engaging content.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working cross-functionally.
Familiarity with common internal communication tools (Slack, Teams, SharePoint, intranet platforms, etc.).
