Your tasks


As Internal Auditor (m/f/diverse), you will be part of our motivated international team. You are responsible for all matters concerning our global internal audit processes, quality assurance, stakeholder reporting & system administration. At Automotive Internal Audit, we use state-of-the-art tools and software like Office 365, Power BI and an audit management tool to support our audits.

Maintenance and further development of audit guidelines and templates Support annual audit planning process Prepare regular reports to various stakeholders and maintain and develop the respective templates Conduct internal quality assessments for global audit activities and coordinate with external suppliers for external quality assessment according to the global internal audit standards Support the audit team with follow-up activities Support the digitalization of processes in Automotive Internal Audit including IT applications and international projects Design and maintain templates and workflows related to internal audit work, especially within the audit management tool Participate in audits (max. 1 per year) as an audit team member Support the Head of Internal Audit with all topics related to process improvements and adherence to the global internal audit standards




Your profile


The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:

Academic degree in business administration or equivalent Working experience in an internal audit department, external audit company or similar Knowledge of the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) of the IIA is a plus Good analytical skills Experience in Microsoft Office and Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) Knowledge in MS Power BI is a plus Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken), further languages are a plus Capable to work in an international team environment Highly flexible and committed
